The client faced the following challenges:

We developed an AI solution for processing voice recordings from the workshops that:
- automatically transcribed full recordings into text, identified individual speakers by voice and content, and cleaned the transcripts of filler words
- used algorithms to identify which requirements came from key stakeholders
- leveraged generative AI to suggest additional requirements that weren’t explicitly mentioned but were relevant based on O2’s context and ERP project best practices
